This is specially designed to mix all the liquid and solid raw materials for complete mixing. As shown in photograph, inner and outer ribbons are in opposite direction to achieve continuous movement of the material along the axis and in both direction. .

Top cover is provided with solid and liquid raw material opening. Discharging of material is through pneumatically operated bottom flap.

Batch charging automation is achieved automation in achieved by mounting blender on a load cell platform connected to all individual raw material feeders to control feed rate. Specially designed air spray nozzles are provided at the top to achieve uniform spraying of liquid raw materials.

Generally batch time is taken as 15 to 20 minutes including charging and discharging of raw materials.

Mixed material from the ribbon Blender is discharged in the hoppers as shown in picture. These hoppers are fitted with bottom rotary valves and pneumatic knockers if required. These hoppers are strongly supported on M.S platform.

'AMPL' has specially designed these Vibro Sieves, which are used for particle separation in case of solid. These are also used for wet sieving in case of liquids, pastry material. These can also operate under vacuum or air pressure. In case of special requirement, liquid spraying can also be attached. These are multi-deck sieves and can be manufactured in six decks. These have easily replaceable sieves and are generally mounted below the discharge hopper, and the feed in controlled by the rotary value fitted at the bottom of the discharge value. Inspection windows are provided to observe vibration / magnitude and flow of material.

These are provided to feed solid raw materials in the blender and for intermediate conveying between Discharge Hopper / Vibratory Sieve / Packing Machine and for recycling.

Variable speed drives can also be provided for online synchronization. These conveyor can be made in pipe shape or 'U' shape as applicable.

Sophisticated electricals and automation instruments are provided with variable frequency drives as shown in the picture. Self explanatory mimik diagram is provided on the front panel along with on-off indication lamps and automation software indicators.
