This is specially designed
to mix all the liquid and solid raw materials for complete
mixing. As shown in photograph, inner and outer ribbons are in
opposite direction to achieve continuous movement of the
material along the axis and in both direction. .
Top cover is provided with solid and liquid raw material
opening. Discharging of material is through pneumatically
operated bottom flap.
Batch charging automation is achieved automation in achieved by
mounting blender on a load cell platform connected to all
individual raw material feeders to control feed rate. Specially
designed air spray nozzles are provided at the top to achieve
uniform spraying of liquid raw materials.
Generally batch time is taken as 15 to 20 minutes including
charging and discharging of raw materials.
