Our manufacturing unit is managed by a team of skilled shop floor technicians and highly trained mechanics with over 15 years of experience in this industry.
• Re installation and Re-engineering of used projects : We provide complete assistance in the complete shifting & re-engineering of full-scale plants. The purview of our re-installation and commissioning service covers dismantling of machinery, equipment, pipe lines, & utilities to desired locations. We also have the capability to incorporate and integrate new designs and technologies into the new set-ups as desired by the client.
• Formulation / raw material sourcing and product development : Our sourcing expertise stems our long experience in the industry serving the diverse needs of our wide base of customers. They also provide valuable inputs to customers about possible reduction in utility requirements, which can bring down operational costs without compromising on performance.
• Batch and process automation : We have considerable expertise in providing complete automation of batching as well as managing the entire batching process. Since 90% of our products are exported to various countries, therefore we lay special emphasis over the quality of our produced products. All our products are in accordance with the leading global inspection agencies including; S.G.S. Comic , EIL and more.

Moreover, we practice stage-wise inspection, which includes inspection of metals lime stainless steel / mild steel / castings. All the products undergo laboratory testing like mechanical and chemical properties , ultrasound teats for crack detection and more. We conduct live mechanical trials for bought out items like boilers / coolers / chillers / pumps at vendors workshops . Furthermore, we conduct on load trials to ensure fit & fine of our machines prior to dispatch . We also provide all test certificates and reports with the machines & our instruction and operation manuals are prepared by the team of our experienced engineers.
