Technical Features
Vacuum Spray Dryer is a specially designed equipment to reduce moisture from the neat soap. This is made for both toilet as well as laundry soap, and different sizes of nozzles for different outputs are decided depending upon the moisture in neat soap and vapour load calculations. The entire assembly is under vacuum situated on a twin screw simplex or duplex plodder. Neat soap is sprayed on the inner walls of the chamber which is scrapped by centrally mounted scrappers as shown in the drawing. Suitable nozzle diameters are selected as per the required output.
